This is the most important and most often overlooked tip. If the material to be lifted is not ready when the crane arrives — still in packaging, not positioned at the lifting point, or site access is not cleared — then the first hours of the shift are wasted while you are still paying.
Checklist before crane arrival:
- The material is at or very close to the lifting point.
- ✔ Access road for crane is cleared and open
- ✔ Area for outrigger spread has been cleared
- ✔ Rigger or helper is already on standby at the location
- ✔ Destination point (where the load will be placed) is ready to receive
💡 Create a Clear Work Sequence Before D-Day
If there is more than one load to be lifted in a shift, prioritize them by distance or complexity, from furthest/most complex to easiest, not the other way around. This ensures the most critical work is completed while the operator is still fresh and has ample time.

Frequently Asked Questions About Per-Shift Prices
Q: Does this rate apply to all areas of Jabodetabek without exception? Yes, the rate above applies to the entire Jabodetabek area — Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi — including mobilization and demobilization fees. For projects outside Jabodetabek, additional mobilization fees will be calculated based on distance and communicated transparently in the quotation.
Q: If the job is finished in 4 hours, can I just pay for 4 hours? Our minimum rental is 1 full shift (7 working hours). If the job is completed earlier, you will still pay for 1 shift — however, there will be no additional charges. Remaining shift time cannot be transferred to another day or converted into credit.
What if the job turns out to require more than 7 hours of work? A: Working hours exceeding 7 hours will be counted as overtime at the rate we informed and agreed upon at the beginning in the written quotation. There are no overtime rates that you only become aware of after the work is completed.
Can I book a crane for two shifts in one day? A: Yes. If the project requires two shifts in one day (e.g., a morning shift and an afternoon/night shift), this can be arranged at twice the standard shift rate plus applicable overtime surcharges. Please discuss this requirement with our team when booking.
How far in advance should I book? Ideally, at least 1–2 business days prior to ensure unit availability and smooth mobilization logistics. For urgent needs (same-day or next-day), contact us immediately — we will do our best based on unit availability.
